Install the Chinese language support

I am newbie. Can anyone guide how I can install the Chinese to the diamond, please?

if you want your diamond to just properly display chinese, install the microsoft-Ya Hei font, search internet in CHINESE for the file, there are plenty floating there. for chinese input method, you can search for a software named Plum SIP input, also Mei Hua Shu Ru Fa in chinese....
