Help! Can't open bootloader on Atom Life!

I have a new Mwg Atom Life bought from Expansys, with the latest ROM update from the Mwg website, and my bluetooth isn't working at all, the wifi works some of the time but not after some soft resets, and now I can't use the bootloader to but the new pdaviet ROM on it! I hold the record button (right hand side above the camera) and then press the reset key while the record is help, and then it just soft-resets! could someone please help me ASAP please

Hello guys
I have the same problem my wifi doesn´t work I upgraded, I have done a bunch of hard/soft resets and I come across the same issue...over and over.
I have a DELL Axim x51v,iPAQ 210,HTC P3600 aka Trinity and they all get online using my wifi network and the Atom Life finds the network but never ever gets online.................really bad wifi range.
I think I am going to return this device,plus performance wise it´s pretty much like a HTC P3600.
