New XV6800 Setup

So I am getting a new XV6800 on Monday and I am wondering what the system should be if I am to update it. Here is how I see it.

Flash Radio
Flash ROM
Update Video Drivers
etc.

Yes - follow the scrawnyb signature... touchscreen on ye'ole samsung I730 died last week - bought an xv6800 on ebay. Had it unlocked, flashed (Radio .40, DCD 3.2.5,) and configured to my liking in an evening - first flash was with USB, further flashes have been with the SD card. Went very smoothly...
