BA wont go past the touchscreen

Hi guys this is a tough one
I just bought a BA and it doesnt go past the start up screen - the touch doesnt work at all- I swapped it for a new lcd and touchscreen - no result, I upgraded to several different ROMS - no change
Anyone have any ideas of how to fix it?

OK well some progress - sort of
When I take the battery out and leave it for a while and put the battery back in it works for a while then stops working the touchscreen again - tried it a couple of times and same result - weird anybody have any clues?

Ok guys for future reference in case anybody else has a similar problem The 2s was dead with no touch screen response but running fine on the buttons and synch and I tried updating the screen and touchscreen again initally no result then I decided to put a new 6.1 ROM on it and the response was there but flakey - I pulled the battery and left it alone for a day and hard reset it and Bobs your uncle away she went - fully functional.
