Upgrading HardSPL2.40 to 2.47

Do I need to relock the phone before upgrading to 2.47? I saw a couple messages that DCD posted saying that 2.47 had better performance with the phone, and I like to have the latest and greatest of everything :)

Any tricks to doing this? I saw a couple others post that you could update it from the phone by running an .exe which makes me think it must be in WinMo format and not Win32 format. Do I want to use the one from No2Chem or from Nue? Is there a difference, etc.

Can anyone fill me in on the details?

NO, relock is not needed....No2chem names all of his tools and roms "NUE"...Same developer.

Worked perfect. Haven't noticed any difference yet, but it's only been a few hours, I'll keep an eye on it to see if I can tell a difference.
