It's the the silver N95 and not the newer model by the way.

What do you mean, there is a version that works with the N95 and its built in gps but nobody on here knows of it?

No, I was suggesting you are asking the wrong people. XDA-Dev is for Windows Mobile devices, not Symbian OS.
As suggested, ask TomTom or a nokia forum.

TomTom6 worked with the internal gps of the N95 so i dont see why TT7 wouldnt
