My HTC TC is only 4 months old... I've been reading in this forum and have found that I'm not the only one having problems.
I like someone to tell me if you have solutions to the following:
1. Bluetooth failure... unable to ON due to Hardware error...
2. USB failure... not recognised by the PC
3. Phone microphone volume too soft... The receiver is unable to hear my voice...
Got in touch with support and told me to send it in for repair... out of warranty???
Please help!!!

...sounds like you got a dud, with luck you bought it new and it still has the warranty? Mine has none of those issues...

Good day all...
Just want to let you guys with the USB issue know that the USB in my TC has returned. I've been looking thru' a lot of threads here and going to proposed solutions by many people here in this forum.
To date, this is what I have in my TC:
Uncheck option in USB to PC under Connections in Settings.
Now this may sound silly but I connected my TC to PC to view the error " USB device not recognised..." on PC. Prior to this I downloaded "Pocket Power Manager 2.11" so that I can soft reset on screen. My soft reset button had also failed. Anyway, how did I get the software on... via my MicroSD. I performed a soft reset via PPM with the USB still intact... and lo and behold... USB connection restarted while TC was restoring.

I just bought my Touch Cruise February and my USB port went out. I cannot charge it or sync so I sent it back for warranty. HTC looked at it and said the USB port was broken and damaged so the motherboard had to be replaced. They want to charge 400.00 for the repair when the phone is only 7 months old with a two year warranty. They claim that i damaged the port and it is not defective. HTC service sucks!
I just order a new Cruise as I can buy a new one for a little more. I think the design of the USB port might be bad to have caused it to break. Other than this problem, the phone is the best that I've had. I have a Tilt and the Cruise is much better all around. the only thing is that the Tilt has a keyboard which is easier to use.
