Hi again, i can make calls incoming and outgoing, but when i call verizons programming, *228, it cannot program, for both options. i still cannot view web pages, it says cannot connect, i called verizon, got a new a-key, put in username and password in the connection manager, and i still cannot get internet, and i still have a white box with a bold R in it, need some help please, you guys have been great so far!!!

Install a DCD carrier cab and see if that fixes it.
