Touch Cruise Wont Sync and Sim Card Missing

Greetings,
I bought a Touch Cruise about 4 months ago. Everything seems to be working fine, until all of a sudden it will no longer recognize Sim Card and sync. I have done both Hard and Soft reset several times. I have swapped sim cards out and try to sync with different computers, but had no luck.

I do not know what's going on with it. Any suggestion will be very helpful.

Sync errors can be solved googling around for the error code. Don't know about your sim problem.

I cant find any solution on how to resolve sync problem.

If somehow I can sync it with pc, I will try flashing a different rom to see if it will work or not. But as of now, it wont even sync.

Help me please.....

The problem can also come from the PC. There could be an Outlook problem on the PC, or you may need to rebuild your Outlook database. Or maybe Exchange is the problem...
