Pocket PC Music Streaming Via ActiveSync

Could someone tell me if it is possible to play the mp3s from the pocketpc through activesync via local computer?

Normally, I just drag drop the mp3s to the desktop folder and play, but was wondering if this was possible w/o drag/drop.

I'm sure if you use WM5Storage it would work.

its better to drag and drop... dont leave your ppc on usb cardle for long
pc electricity can get unstable and damage your device

note this might be irrelevent but i read once long time ago that if you want your usb memory stick (flash memory) to last with you long its recommended you only use it to mobilize data and not to work from it does that make sense??

i leave my ppc at work on the usb charger all the time via activesync computer - so far no problems. plus, this is what warranties are for..:) not that I like having to warranty my phone but it happens..:(

actually, i take that back.. it didn't work at all with the WM5Storage.

i am running wm6.1 (rotohammer's) rom.. i think WM5Storage does not
work with 6.1?
