MSOutlook Newb has problem with transfer/backup . . .

I have my Wife's phone sync'd to our desktop computer along with mine.

How do I separate the two phones in MSOutlook so as not to have all the files/folders/contacts from both phone's on EACH phone?

try setting up 2 different "Profiles" in Outlook and telling each phone to sync with one

In creating the new profile, which server type do I use: MS exchange server, POP3, IMAP, HTTP, or additional?
