How do some of you get back up and running after a ROM upgrade? Yesterday I decided to bite the bullet and go for DCD3.2.6 (Turns out I was some how back at 3.2.3...I am new to ROM flashing so cut me a little bit of slack.
After the ROM update I couldn't do the carrier updyate, but no issues yet. I then restored a SPB backup from a few days ago and it all seemed to go fine. Is there a better/more efficient way to be diung this so that I am not undoing any changes in the new ROM?

I just have all the CAB files for the 3rd party apps on my SD card... and an SDConfig.txt file that installs them. I also have a Registry install CAB file that puts specific registry entries in. They say that SPB Backup is one of the good ways.
