MSVC from 6.1 rom

Please don't flame me, i have searched on here and i have searched on google, no dice.

The new 6.1 rom is out and MSVC is preinstalled in it. i was just wondering if it is working the way it is supposed to (no problems, everything actually functioning) and if anyone has/will rip it from the rom for a separate release. I have my phone where i want it so i really don't want to do a new flash when it took me forever to get this thing where i want it.

Why don't you just install MSVC 1.6? It's the newest anyway. I guess what I'm asking is this....Why would you want one from a dumped ROM when you can install it fresh all by yourself?

i haven't tried this version yet, i hope it works better than the rest. i have tried several different versions and they all have problems. i was just thinking that maybe the one that came with the from for the tilt would actually work perfectly for the tilt. lets give this one a shot.

okay, tried it. same problem as always. its not going through my headpiece, everything through the main speakers. VC worked perfect on my UTStarcom 6700, my Treo750...but my tilt won't cooperate. ='-(

What ROM are you using? Are you using a 6.1 ROM? I found that MSVC didn't work thru my HS until I switched to 6.1

actually i did a little more searching and i got the suggested version from the ultimate msvc guide posted on here. it took a couple mins but i got it workin the way i want it to. =-D
