Need Help, VPN, mapping drives, RDP etc!!!

I have an HTC Mogul (Titan) from Sprint. I have upgraded it to WM6.1.

When I'm in the office, hooked up via wi-fi, I can use RDP to control any of the PCs. However, I can not map a network share.

I also can not connect to the network via a VPN, and use RDP or map folders either.

In both cases, it keeps asking me for my username and password. I've tried every version of the password, including putting the domain in front of it. All i ever get is an authentication error.

Can anyone help me out? Is there some trick I'm missing?

Sprint Mogul with 6.1, Laptop with XP, work email on Microsoft Exchange server 03 sp2 which is only accessible through a vpn connection. I can set up a VPN connection as an additional "work network" on my mogul, but can't get Active Sync or my mobile outlook to find the vpn connection even if its connected manually - help!!

Right now I'm manually syncing with a USB for my calendar and email.
