Igo8 frozen at 'Starting'

Upgraded to the official 6.1 rom, Igo8 didn't work, so I removed HTC home, soft resetted. I tried starting Igo8 several times, but it just keeps freezing at the 'starting' screen. Any ideas? Thank you.

try to disable assisted gps with kaisertweak or advanced config.

After a fresh install work's great and it's fast too, but after installing advanced config it froze at the Navigation Screen Menu and sometimes it takes like 2 min to change screens...any ideas? But the way assisted GPS = disable

I'm using "The Official AT&T 6.1" Radio 1.65.21.18 Hard SPL 3.29 it does the same thing with 3.56

Not much help here really ( I couldn't get Igo8 to work on WM6.1 Roms ), but I gave Laurentius Rom a go (L26 KaiserDiamond Throttle Launcher Beta 6) Igo8(v 8.0.041505) works perfectly(so far)

Turn off a-GPS

Search "AGPS" in the regediter, and set the value to 0

Done that, didn't help, I've searching for all the possible solutions and nothing, I'm using Igo8 July 30th Update.

IGO8 works after a fresh install, but stops working after restoring my apps, after 4 days looking for a solution, My Contacts where the problem. I came up ending with this: I have about 394 contacts, what it does at start-up Igo8 starts geocoding all the contacts, that's what it does in the background; that's the main reason in my case that kept frozen, I just ran Igo8 and let it run for a couple of minutes "without touching the screen" after that voila WORKS PERFECTLY and received a message saying that my contacts have 50 errors but that's OK it's running now. I hope this helps.
