high frequency noise

I have a problem with my prophet, when it is turned on if i approach my ear near the screen i can hear a very high frequency noise wich is very uncomfortable especially when during calls. Can anyone please help me ?

I can verify that I have that noise from my Prophet screen as well. We have discussed this on a Swedish forum and there are more people that hear this from their displays. The only advice I can give you is to shut the device off with the power button if it disturbs to much when using as the device for phone calls. That way you can make/answer your call, shut the screen off to get rid of the noise, and continue with your call with a nice noiseless device :).

Thank you for your answer, i found too, some topics about this after i have started the topic and it seems that the LCD voltage source it is the problem for that annoying hissing. The only solution it is the one that you have suggested.
