I have kaiser
any idea why i can not download the WM6.1 from the htc original website
when i put the serial number they say : your device is not suitable
how this WM6.1 is for kaiser and how my kaiser isnt suitable?

sounds like you're trying to download the ROM that is for HTC branded Kaisers instead of the AT&T ROM available here (http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownload.aspx?p_id=67&cat=2&dl_id=94)
