3 phones - exactly the same

I have three polaris fresh out of the box that I want to set up with the same rom, radio, and software *exactly* the same. All but one is flashed right now, so should I cook a rom or is there some sort of ghost program I can use after I flash the last one?

Strangely enough, I cannot use any radio but murata.

I guess what he is looking for is: flashing the ROM, installing all his applications, change some stuff, changing registry and NOW copying all to the other two machine.

Looks like something for backup/recovery...
Which program is recomended for such a backup/recovery ?

SPB Backup does the job quite well.
