so i read the wiki on how to change to the newest version of spl, and i download an run the .exe file and it always gives me an error message does anyone else have this problem. also is upgrading the rom possible using an older version of spl.

a bit of insite into the error message might be helpfull for us dude, we aint psychic ;)

but im gonna stick my neck out on this one and say installing the latest .net framework on your PC might solve it :D

The application failed to intialize properly (0x0000135). Click OK to terminate application.

In the title bar it says RUUWrapper.exe - Application Error.
