a little help??

im working on a new skin i need a program to remove the top task bar kind of like pmc shrink ... also i need some one to find or if they know the .ini for opening the start menu and for contacts... mods once answered please delete this... thanks again and i did search but it 2:00am and i cant search anymore

check this out: in my zip is a program vjtogglealphaII (i think) that hides the wm taskbar (doesnt work in landscape) and i replace the space/taskbar with my batterystatus skins:
