Video Dialer for NEON?????

I've searched every combination of words for a video dialer I could use with my NEON 300. The touch dual dialer my phone shipped with has no video implementation, even though there's a front facing camera. Makes no sense. Anyone have a cab to share? Can't seem to find a solution to this one.....

Do you live in the U.S? I also have the Neon300. I'm not sure that the US carries video calls just yet. I haven't heard anything about video calls here, (i mean us). :)
