Magician Problems ( Need Help )

I have recently renewed the cover of my magician, i bought a new one on ebay. This isnt the first time i change the cover on Qtek pda so i know what i am doing. But after i changed i got this problems:
• Touch Screen wasnt working
• Cant install software, it always gives errors

When im installing software it gives an error when it starts upgrading on stop3 ( ce-rom ).
What should i do it seems this is only a software problem not a touchscreen problem.

Hardware problem I think, how about hard reset ?

I can install rom, but cant install radio. Gonna try via SD

Whem im installing radio it stucks on 0% for about 6minutes o think, i have tryed with every radio roms i've found. Can someone help me ? My touch screen isnt working aswell

• I've screwed the radio and i dont know how, i can go to os and do everything but since i dont have radio the sim card wont work.

How do i fixe this i get a message " No Gsm " when i turn on the phone, and when i try to flash it it stuck on 0%.

Can i fix this if i flash a radio via SDCard ? Can someone give me a link to it ?
