A long time tom was the king and all the new roms came from him..we (the cookers) searched a lot of ways for cooking also roms and making roms how we like it.. hellonasty was (for me) the first that could cooking roms for niki and he made a lot for the niki community..

i have never tested his roms but i think tom have helped him also a lot for cooking roms (xip? :-) )

now jerpelea made the most things, so it is easy for every one cooking roms and i dont like making roms for niki because jerpelea is more faster and better porting roms.
so i dont like spend time for something that jerpelea can do better.and i think it is the same reason that we doesnt see tom here anymore..

so i thanks hellonasty for his works, because i think it is the first time that someone show that cookers can cook better roms than normally kitchen peoples.

so nothing against jerpelea (i think i can port xip for niki, but you are the best porting man :-) ) but a really cooker can made a good work to a perfect work. thats the reason because i test your new rom the first time in my life.

i must say i think you have made a good work and leaned a lot from the old errors.

Thanks Blackdragon_860 to all, jerpelea is the good "Xipporter". I love cook roms!! I spent many hours in my roms, spent for love, to do that is not the money, because until now only had 3 donations. is life!
I love my Touch, but soon I will switch to the kaiser!!! MAYBE!!!

I like your roms very much. Yesterday I tried the boy-rom which works fine apart from one issue: the dialer does not support my 20-key keyboard. So if I want to search for a name, and I key a 5, it recognizes it as a "J", "K", or "L" while on my hardware keyboard it represents a "G" or "H"...

Hi, I've never updated the ROM so my experience equals zero.
What do I have to do to backup my original ROM so that I can restore it if neccesary.
I currently have a Dutch version of the HTC Touch Dual.
In fact, I want to install exactly the same again as the current situation but now based on Windows Mobile 6.1
A change to an English ROM version is not a problem.

I've found on the both the throttle and htc version, if I just want to view the texts, it will not let me. I can see the list of text messages, but if I click on, it just kicks back out the the htc home screen ???

First, it's a cool rom. Clean and Fast, I really like it.
But, I found some problems in the HTC HOME WWE edition.

1. When I use the message center, and use my finger to switch different email account. It appears "Biotouch Error"

2. In the contact list, I can not use the finger to scroll the contract list.

Anyone meet the same problem like me? and anyone know how to solve it.:cool:

I can`t bring S2U2 to work properly on The Clean Rom OS 5.2.20721 (Build 20721.1.4.0) . It`s works extreme slow and has no animation.

Best ROM by now, i think, but one important feature missing for me. Internet sharing is gone, and i use sametime my phone like modem for my laptop. It would be nice to include Internet Sharing in the next ROM (only 175 kb i think is not a waste of space). Thanks for your work anyway!

I found that when I enable the HTC Home Weather and Favorite People. These two functions seem can not work correctly.

1. Weather - When I want to choose the city, the screen is always in busy status and can not display the city list.

2. Favorite People - add contacts is work, but when I click the icon. Nothing happen!?

In pocket outlook, I can not select multi-mail used my finger. Only can choose one mail one time.

Uow, amazing ROM, for me it's the best ROM ever.

Just need some corrections.

1-Set music as ring tone, dont work;
2-I think the google maps dont work;
3-Maybe the option to change the clock in Today;

thank you for this wonderful rom. i just flashed the full rom with manilla 2D. it's working pretty well. the one thing that i've seen so far is that i can't establish a connection with WMDC (windows mobile device center) on my vista machine.

i'd like to donate to you. if all works out with this rom in the next few days and i don't have to reflash a different rom, i'll donate, but if i can't establish a connection, i'll have to reflash :(

i will keep testing and let you know if i find anymore bugs.

hellonasty, your new version is the best NIKE ROM so far. Touch Flo 2D works great. Excellent Work.

I have installed your normal rom and i have two concern:

1. Audio Manager in TFLO2D behaves abnormally. Am sure you might have been able to fix that by now.

2. For Diamond TFLO 3D; there is TFD Config to configure the tabs. Is there any such software for 2D? Is there any way i can remove some of the tabs from 2D which i dont use?

Yes there is a way to disable some tabs or change the order.
You have to edit the HTCHomeSettings.xml in \Windows\ Folder.
In the <Tabs> Area you can enable or disable a tab with the parameter "enabled=1".
If you change the order of the tab tags, you change the order of the tabs in the gui.

The Album dont work for you because you need choise the folder default. Open Htc Album and push Albuns and and add your default foder!!! Now goto menu and push «set default as favorite» and it's work!!!! :eek:

In Mary with manilla 2D have in rapidshare 215 times downloaded and this is the first time with error.

Every time you want to flash I advice you to flash first to a OEM Rom and then to the ROm you want :) That will solve your problem.

Test it if possible in another computer. Could be a Vista problem, your SO problem, or a file problem.

A what??? Where can I get it?

Everytime you flash a cooked Rom over another cooked Rom many times are "things" that still the same so the perfect solution is to flash first an original unbranded Rom (OEM) and then flash the cooked ROM you want. It's not the fastest way, but it's the only that works 100% ;)

If you want and OEM WWE Rom you will find it in the 4shared folder of NetRunnerAT.

Other ways (less efecttive), is to do Hard Reset, Clearing Storage (will clear storage of the previous ROM if there), or flash again the Rom you want.

2 - when a missing call apears, i click on it and he don´t show missing calls and desapear.
3 - all progrmas button don´t work
4 - when we want to put a song in ringtone, we need to create a folder in my documents (My Ringtones)
5 - when we choose another background, only change in home, in the other tabs don´t
6 - the hard keyboard don´t work, if we have in today screen and open keyboard to dial a number nothing happens
7 - The youtube don´t play any video
8 - When we install the BJK_HTC_EzInput_5Languages.cab, the hardkeyboard don´t work.

I have testet it and it is possible to reactivate the tabs with the .xml file.
This is the first rom and Version of Audiomanager where the details of a Musik file are updated automatically.
I only had a probem with Photos. In Manila2D they weren't resized.
An update to Manila2D 0.07 solved this issue.
