Google Reader Sync

I have been hunting around for a while and I am trying to find an RSS reader for Windows Mobile that will sync properly with Google Reader.

By properly I mean that the list of subscriptions (and ideally tags) sync and that read and unread items are synced. I would also like the reader app to be offline so it can cache the feeds and what I have done with them and then sync when I go back online.

There is an app for the iPhone that does this called Byline which is only missing the tags. So, anything similar?

Why not just use the mobile version of Google Reader? You should never be offline if you are using it on your Diamond...?
