**HTC p4350 (hera100) ipl 1.08.0001 need advice**

i need to change language of this phone to french but i can t neither find a french rom for it or even a way to flash phone with ipl 1.08.0001 !!! all i see don t do this if you ipl is 4.xxx or higher ! but what to do in case my ipl is lower then 4.xxx !!!?? i ve already used search button but nothing clear !! can anyone enlight me ?

The only thing I can suggest is that you find a legitimate ROM upgrade for your phone from HTC that updates you IPL, first. Then, hopefully, you'll have a 4.0.0.0+ IPL. I personally have not tried this or know much about your IPL/SPL since all Wings come with 4.x.x.x. But research a little into that and see if anyone else has ever tried it.

Search. Whenever someone asks a "knowledgeable" expert on here, all that "expert" does is search. First find out what phone type you have. Is it a WWE? (World Wide English) etc by looking in your settings, system and device information. Then, search for Herald RUU WWE or whatever it is.
