I want to hack the ViaMichelin X-930

Does anybody have a method to hack the ViaMichelin X-930? I've seen some hacks to get tomtom mobile to work on it. But I would rather find out how to install a newer version of Windows CE / Mobile on it and do whatever I want with it.

It is currently Windows CE v4.2. Is there a way to force change this and then install other gps software later?
