[Help] Wheel Problem

Hi There,

I got an HTC Cruise for 6 months now, it works just fine until this week.
The Navigation wheel doesn't work anymore. It works to go up/down or left/right but i couldn't scroll or roll anymore. The device didin't fall or something like that.

Someone got an idea ?

obviously you will have thought to soft reset the device, have you tried a full hard reset?

if not, give this a go, and make sure you back EVERYTHING UP, as this will wipe your device.

If that dont work then its hardware and you need to send it back to the shop for repair as it is still under warranty.:cool:

I wish I could figure out how to stop my wheel from scrolling/rolling and just have it go up/down/left/right. More often than not, that damn wheel navigates me everywhere but where I want to be. Maybe if you figure out how to fix yours, we'll have a way to turn it off ;)
