Touch Cube and WM 6 for P3400

Hope you all will be able to help me out hear,

Please let me know how can i download the touch cube for my HTC P3400,
can anyone direct me to the link or send me the cab file please,

and advice how can i up grade my P3400 to WM 06, if we do it will the synchronization will worke with the exchange server,
