Bad Block doesn't allow to flash any radio ROM

Hi, in the last month I tried to fix this problem but without results.
I have a Treo 750v Vodafone Italy.
In the bootloader screen I see:

CHEE100
IPL-0.20

CHEE100
SPL-1.40.OliNex

I completed the CheetahUnlocker step 1 but the 2nd step fails.
I tried the SD method using the CheetahPatched.nbh file that I found in the tempChe directory but the procedure hangs after a little completion of the progress bar.

You have bricked you treo...
There are a lot of ways to unbrick your phone, just search for my older posts, the same has hapend to me, and know my treo works great...
