Problems with restoring original SPL

Hi,

I wanted to resore the original SPL, but my Device hook up after saying that I have to replug the cable!

Now Windows say that there is a unknown device!

So what can I do now?

Sync your PPC with PC by microsoft activesync(phone mode)..
Then run Polaris_CustomRUU.exe,will be enter boot loader automatic.
