All right, I'm not sure what kind of answer I need here, but the story is:
Several computers would not connect to my tilt. Hard reset, tried various fixes etc. It did not look like there was any damage done, but I had read that non HTC USB cables/chargers could cause problems to the data pin in the mini USB port. So I called att and asked for a replacement, and they just shipped it out.
Of course when I test the USB connection it MAGICALLY works for the first time in over a month. :confused:
Do you guys think I will have the same problem soon? I don't think sending out a non-defective unit would be necessary, but am afraid of the problem reoccurring. Should I use this time to refactorize the phone by redoing the original SPL and CID locking?
I know these questions are border line opinion, but I would really appreciate any suggestions.
