Hi guys,
Once more...i need your help please...
I have a Trinity running WM6 with no problems...
My TomTom version is 6.30 and everything is fine...
But today i've installed the 7.45 with new maps and...puff...
I always get the "No GPS Device" message...
Anyone can tell me what's wrong?
I've downgraded my TomTom version to 6.30 again but with the new maps it doesn't work...
I really need your help guys...
Thanks in advance...

Go to Tom Tom 7 GPS configuration and instead of internal GPS select NMEA
GPS settings:
gps program port: com1
gps hardware port: com9
baud rate: 9600

Hi Chaplan...
When i go to GPS Settings i have the GPS Baud Rate screen which i configured with 9600 and at the next screen i have this:
COM3:
GPS in COM9
COM7:
RIL on COM6:
S2410 IRDA
My question is how can i change the values?
When i tap in one of the above lines it just goes to the "GPS Status" screen again...
Thanks a lot for your help once more...

you just need to select gps in com9 and there you go....
Tom Tom says it has no GPS Device for 2 seconds and then says the GPS signal is weak till it gets a fix...

Hi again,
I think i understand now :)
By this time TTN7 change like you said Chaplan...i have now the message "Waiting for a valid GPS signal"...but it's been about 15 minutes...is that normal?
The Baud Rate is 9600 like you told me before...

What's the P3600's correct baud rate?
Is a higher baud rate better?
