Search for "Create a boot splashscreen"Refrence hot to get raid of T-Mobile splash on Diamond. I've got attachment but looks like its not a CAB file. I placed it on the internal memory on HTC but it didn't work.

i havn't downloaded this but i'll take an easy guess based on the file name. this is not a cab file, its a zip file contianing the tools and programs etc needed to make or change the splash screen. hope that helps.
