Data recovery from /Storage folder

Hi all

After a hard reset, I made a bad move using x Backup (wrong tab) and ended overwriting my backup file instead of restoring it :(

The backup file (CompactFlashBackUpPim) is located on the /Storage folder from my XDA. I did not reformat it so it has the original "14 Mb" size.

Since the new file is only 4 bytes long, I guess it could be possible to recover the old one.

Does anyone know of a way to dump the entire contents of the /Storage folder ?

any undelete program for pc will undelete sd cards connected to the pc using a sd card reader

As I mentionned, the file is located in the /Storage folder.
Although it is flash memory, it is built inside the device, and cannot be accessed like a SD card (only access is through activesync).
