Actually one has to guess. I went to PhamQuang's site and absolutely everything was in vietnamese, except the word "thank you", hence I wondered.

for me is the worst ROM made by PhamQuang and I try all of them. When I use it to send sms sometimes it crash and on the screen is written "biotouch.exe". It is the 4th time today.

Here is the fix for this. This has also done this in his previous version(V29). It is due to the cube files being removed. if you press your dpad when the error comes up the biotouch error goes away.

Install this cab.. it will fix it...
