How to remove ROM included Files

How i can delete Programms or any kind of Files, that are included in a ROM that i dont need. For example the Polaris Project is awesome, fast and stable ROM, but many Programms total Rubbish for an normal User and waste of Memory.

There must be a way to delete Rom included Files. i mean Unistall Programms :(

oh my dear
there is no way to remove software from your ppc which flash in a rom.
but you can cook a rom in your liking style.

how to cook a Rom, any Guide here...
i want the same Rom as i mentioned from Polaris Project, how i can edit this Rom or cook

to edit a rom needs some software .
i read the way to edit rom in a china form ,the softwares are in chinese.
i don;t know where to find the english verson
