Htc tytn don't works any more!!!

During a flash,
an error occurs that stop the flashing session, now my phone don't boot anymore, it stay on the first screen for EVER!!!
active sync do not find it!!!
what i have to do!!!
i'm cring!!!!

If you are getting the boot loader (tri color screen) then you should be able to flash to your official ROM.
