Using A Calling Card on HTC Diamond

Greetingd guys, Im just wondering if there such a program or software that can program your phone to have a pause and dial a second number?
ie, calling a 1800 number and wait couple of seconds and then dial a pin number for a phone card then pause for a couple of seconds and then call a number again just like the old motorola phones doed where you can insert a 3 second pause in between dialing thank you for some info on this guys.

Thank you guys for the informations I tried sunnysoft but It was too complicated for a newbie like me :D but I already figured it out tough, there's that option Im looking for on the HTC dialer itself If I press the * sign twice it gave me the option to p "pause" and w "wait". I feel stupid asking for help while the answer is right in front of me. guys over here are really doing a great job and Im slowly learning new things the more I spend time on this site.
