I face problem with my (Cruise)Polaris , some times I missed a calls because the calls came and appear in the display but with out any sound .

Polaris ROM: udK Diamond R7

Check your USB port isnt damaged.

Are you sure you don't just have the phone ring volume turned off?

When you are chaning the sound volume, there is a second bar right next to it. Make sure that's all the way up!

I had that issue, I got mine replaced. It was working on speakerphone, but wasn't working on normal phonemode.

Do you use S2P? I have the same problem when I use S2P : After a call, I have not sound anymore (no ring, no music....) for 5 or 10 minutes?

Hi, this happens to me from time to time too (and my mb has been ALREADY replaced once).
I cooked udK Diamond r8 rom, hard resetted and found that I could not make any call: incoming were muted and outcoming made the speaker buzz (murata radio 1.58.25.14)
I reverted to pdaviet and everything seems to work now, that's why I thing that this should be a sw problem.

sames problem after install udK Syrius WWE. Before a had BEPE ROM and it was perfect.

My problem is that i come back to bepe 0.67 ITA and the problem is the same:(

i am using R8 + 1.59 radio rom, but i also testing M2D as well... :P

i am thinking of the M2D problem for the sound.

but camara mode is definally had problem after using R8....

I had the exact same problem after flashing with the latest radio rom provided by UdK. Check this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=373233 for the latest rom that actually works. After flashing to the latest rom in this thread, everything worked again.

I think if you flash to Udk Syrius R0 you will get the 1.59 radio. If you subsequently downgrade to UDk Diamond R7 or R8 the radio remains at 1.59 (the Diamond roms don't contain Radio ROMs). 1.59 is incompatible with WM6.0 roms. You need to flash to another radio version or you will have sound problems. That was certainly my experience.

I got the very same problem after I got rid of Syrius R0 and going back to UdK Dimaond R8. I used the original ROM to fix the problem and then went back to UdK Dimaond R8 :-)

I look forward to the next release of Syrius!

hi there, i have been use the 1.64.08.21 radio rom....today....

the signal is not so good .... somtime it will hang up automatically
the reciption is always just 1 or 2 only (maximum is 3 at outside)

and if i open loud speaker, the person who talk to me will receive many many loud sound ... even i am in a silence room....

who can recommand a good radio rom ? thanks

I had the same problems with sound and camera, now I have Rom: 3.13.456.32 WWE from PDAVIET and radio version: 1.59.42.15 and everything is ok, its a good Rom. I stay with this rom until udk cook new syrius rom.
