Voice Speed Dial Help

I have a Wizard with WM5 and a while back I somehow assigned a voice speed dial tag to a number on my SIM card. Most of my #s are on my SIM card.

However, when trying to add tags now, it seems as if I can only add them to contacts on the phone itself.

Assistance please?
