Unlock error

I use tool AUTO_Unlock_v3a.bat or v1 (HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a for unlock cingular 3125).It display error as update. Every time update activesync disconnect to my phone with error "image file corrupted!(standby and hibernate mode : Never). Please assist me !
