Help upgrading my ROM

I have O2 XDA IIs. I downloaded xplode's ROM, but when I start the update process the computer waits around 10s and then the Activesync crashes and then nothing happens. No update to the phone and I have to restart the laptop. I've tried it on 3 computers and 2 laptops, the problem is the same.

I've read it and first time didn't find the answer, but now I managed to do it. 10x for the "help"

did try to Hard Reset?
RECORD+CAMERA+SOFT RESET ?
btw when you flash did you enter BOOT LOADER Mode first?
