Activesync disconnect

Activesync 4.5.0 work normal. But I use unlock phone cingular 3125 via activesync.Everything good. But When The tool transfer to update. It disconnect to my phone with error "image file corruptted". How will I keep the connection ?

I make standby and hibernate mode to never (if make so be wrong.How will I do these mode become disable?)
Please assist me about this problem ?
