using Xda III as modem for AT command usage

hello Members,

Please anybody can tell me how can i connect my device so that it can send AT command, i searched and found that modem driver is needed and got a link in this forum : ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Uploads/Alpine/USBModem_Dialer.zip

but this is not the thing i needed.

Please help me in knowing the correct way, i need to connect my device as Modem so that it can be displayed in WindowsXP>control panel> Phone and modem OPtions > Modems and will be able to get connected via Hyperterminal to recive AT commands
