I can not beg, borrow or steal O2 to get settings for my Palm Treo 750 (windows mobile 5) to get on the internet! It is unlocked. I have tried various wap and password settings that I have found from them and online.

I have called O2 tech support which is really unimpressive because it seems they simply will not let you go up the ladder of support to get to someone that can answer the problem. I have been on palm.com website using online live support and palm says O2 must give the settings. O2 curiously tells me Palm must give me the settings. Anyone have any experience with this and know the settings? Know where to look? Me like you long time if you can help out.

thanks

You can ask O2 for the right setting.
and here it is:
1. Start, Settings, Connections, and then tap the Connections Icon
2. Under "My Work Network" tap Add a New Modem Connection
3. Name it Picture Messaging and under Select a modem select (GPRS,3G)
4. Under Access Point Name type: uwap.orange.co.il
5. Username, Password, and Domain is left blank and then click Finish
6. Now, go into Proxy Settings and check "This network connects to the Internet" and check "This network uses a proxy server to connect to the internet"
7. Under the Proxy Server box type: 192.118.11.55
8. Tap the advanced button and tap on the HTTP line. Make sure the HTTP settings shows 192.118.11.55:8080. If not, change it.
9. Click the OK button a few times to get out of the settings completely.
10.Now go to Start, Messaging, Menu, then Options, Advance, then Click Manual, and then the Edit button
11. Message center number +97254120032
12. Email center number is 500
13. MMS gateway address is 192.118.11.55:8080
14. MMS URL is http://192.168.220.15/servlets/mms
15. Finally under Network Profile select: My Work Network and then click ok.

Well, I hope it will help you...
