Invalid with win32 [Archive]

I used the xdadev_all_unlock-v1.6_138.exe .It notice the error "xdadev_all_unlock-v1.6_138.exe is not a valid win32 application"

How will I do ?

Are you sure that the file isn't supposed to be ran off the device and not the PC?
