Phone Dialer SKins

I have been having difficulties when I install those beautiful looking skins for the phone dialer....THEY JUST DONT UNINSTALL :(

I have tried various skins but they just don't go away and not allow others to install. Have to hard reset..

AM i doing something wrong or it is like that..
Any friendly skins available??
