XDA Orbit - HTML emails

My outlook on my XDA orbit doesnt show HTML only text based.

How can I change this?

on the account options page i click menu at the bottom and options, then click outlook email and the option to change it to HTML or plain text is on there...

Doesnt seem to be on mine, I am using exchange if that helps.

Found it in advanced but it is blanked out and cannot change it.
