TouchFLO 3D

I have a telus CDMA Touch Diamond.

I have has for 3 weeks and the TouchFLO 3D interface multiple times does not load.

I have gone into the Today screen and unchecked the TouchFLO 3D, soft reset and then re-check and reset again. It still will not open.

I have even removed battery to see if that will resolve it

What would cause this issue?

As usual, the 3rd party support at HTC advises to hard reset, is this the only advise they can provide, oh, and they are suprised that this has never happened, I called 2 week ago with same issue.

I really do not want to hard reset every 2 weeks, this is not a resolution.

Any suggestion, I am really pi$#ed right now.

Please any suggestions to solve this issue, throwing out the windows seems to be an option right now!!!

on my diamond, when having a custom theme installed, deleting all *_manila files from the windows dir seems to be the best way to go back to the original theme (which still is in the rom). I had a similar problem yesterday, when i failed at manually editing one of the manila-files to add another tab-page (for a calendar).
