GSen walkthrough...

Can someone please provide a walkthrough on how to only enable GSen for SMS/E-mails please? I have looked at the read-me file that comes with GSen and the relevant threads and although they explain how to do this, I don't understand it at all. I see other newbies face the same problem, so if anyone could help, this thread would stop further questions... :o
